Why do people tend to abuse their powers?
-It makes them feel big and important. It gives a sense
of power when, in reality, they may lack control over their life, or something.
Why do people seem to always ask for more?
-Human nature.
Why do 'pros' try to scam 'newbies'?
-It's entertainment. Also, people feel like they are better than
others when indeed they were the same at one point in time.
Why do people go corrupt?
-This can stem from a countless number of things, it really varies
from a case to case basis.
Why do some staff care nothing for the players?
-I know some feel it isn't their job, they do volunteer work that they
try out for, some may feel they have no true obligation to the players.
Why do people abuse on the new players?
-See above.
Why do people ignore others?
-Depends on the context. Some people are lazy.
Some feel that the question is not even worth responding to.
Why do staff not have time for the players?
-Having been staff it's not so much not having time for players,
yet not having time to deal with dozens of players at a time who think
their miniscule problems take precedent over all else.
Why do people make lame excuses to escape working on something assigned?
-They are lazy and irresponsible yet don't want to convey that to their boss.
Why do players rate a server without giving it time?
-One cannot truly explain the minds of fools.
Why do some servers have no organization, and players do as they please?
-The owners/managers are irresponsible, poorly organized themselves, etc.
Why do some staff give special treatment to only some players?
-People tend to favor their friends or people they can relate to over others.
Why do some staff complain that they cant work with the rights they have?
-They are either power hungry or fools.
Why do some people get special privilidges?
-See above about the favoring.
Why do some think they are any better then someone else?
-They might be, once again refer to human nature.
Why do people make assumptions, without finding any source of evidence?
-Refer to the inability to explain the mind's of fools.
Why do some people make fun of others, just because they aren't as good as you at something?
-Human nature...again.
Why is it so hard for people to admit when they're wrong?
-Human nature.
Why is it so hard for staff to be decidicated to only one server?
-People burn out doing the same thing, working on the same project, people
like to experiment and try new things, new ideas, etc.
Why is it that when players ask for help, they are flamed like a raging inferno?
-See above about the oldbies who think they are better.
Why is it so hard for a new player to learn how to script, make levels, or graphics?
-Laziness. Lack of dedication.
Why is it so hard for someone to answer their private messages?
-Well, having been staff before, I often don't notice a small icon in the bottom
right of my screen while working and doing other things. Might be the same for others, might be laziness, who knows.
Why are some staff hirings, suddenly, completely bias?
-Already've gone over this.
Why are some npc's relunctantly only given to a select group?
-Ditto
Why cant staff actually release things on a given date?
-It's alot harder than you think to coordinate a bunch of teenagers
who have lives outside of Graal to work on a set of things for a specific amount of time a day, or whatever.
Why cant people just get along and help each other improve?
-Human nature...probably.
Why cant we all unite as one and create something spectacular?
-Pride and the like. People want to be the head of it, they want it for themselves instead of the good of the group.
Why must we all always argue instead of looking for ways to help each other?
-Human nature.
Why must people try to infect trojans in others computers, just to steal anothers account?
-Makes them feel important, skilled, whatever. |
