Requirements/Needs for PWA Job:
*You must be willing and must quit any job you have with a playerworld at this moment in time, should you get offered (you don’t have to take it) the job, and then take it.
*We are looking for one Easterner, and one Westerner too. Please do not be angry or get upset should you not get the job. There will be a lot of people applying, when we are only going to pull one or two out of the applicants.
*The application will be similar to the last application for the PWA. Because it will be easier to do so.
*Not currently Global Staff.
*You must have worked on a playerworld as an admin at one point. You can also apply if you were something such as: GP Admin, NPC Admin, FAQ Admin etc…
*Be able to do about 2-3hours a day of PWA related stuff.
Part2: Questions! - Answer all of these
1. A playerworld wants a rename from its default online name 'playerworld###'
to something custom, what would be a good way to confirm the person you
are speaking to, on the account 'Mike86' is the true renter of this playerworld?
2. You have gotten an email about a playerworld having a local guild that is
identical in name to that of a global one, and the leader of the global
guild wants this removed, how would you go about this?
3. A user has IMed you saying that the playerworld they currently work on has
locked them out, due to an incorrect IP Range. You have local rights here
and they want you to set the IP Range to *.*.*.* so they can get back on
and set the IP range them selves.
4. You get an email about an item that has been lost on GraalKingdoms due
to the server going offline. They want you to try and get their item back,
what do you do/say?
5. Many users, annoyingly, have spammed your email saying that a staff member
has been fired, and they believe he has been fired with no reason... they want
you to make the manager hire him back, what do you do/say?
6. You are going over RCs and find that a server has no serveroptions and an RC
log shows that a person has deleted all the files, what do you do?
7. "PlayerworldA stole my levels, I am the owner of PlayerworldB and PlayerworldA
have uploaded the levels I made." How would you investigate such a claim?

When you have done this you will need to put it in a .txt/.rtf file and this file should be called pwa_accountname.
This should be then sent, with the subject said above, to the top email in my signature, the spark911 one.

But really you need to look at what you say on the Forums more closely. Your personality is judged on what you say on these Forums and if you give off an air of harshness to Graal or Forum rules, this indeed makes you look bad as a candidate for a PWA. As PWA you are entrusted to enforce the Graal rules without bias whether you agree with them or not. So how you are perceived on here will greatly have an affect on your application since Spark doesn't always get to know all the players online thru their perspective PWs but then again who can? As it has been said before on here and indeed is good advice " Think before you post" and I will add this "because you never know who might be reading it."
