(Note: Chris did not start this thread. It only appears that way because his was the first to be split from Spark's stickied thread)

No. Though, I think people are ignoring you because you didn't mention the name of the person who told you that you were #3, but I'm assuming it's Spark. But when I assume, I make an ass out of you and me. :O

So you have full and complete confidence in our current two hirees, such that having Chris on the team wouldn't have been better than having any one of the two current ones? It's not so much a question of good and bad, but a question of relativity.

(A small note, I fully do support our current team, and shall continue to do so as long as they do their job well, so: general public, please do not misinterpret my posts. )

Ah, no, I mean that I will endeavour to achieve the first 'I told you so' when one particular new recruit does something foolish

But if he is already doing a brilliant job I felt graal would beneft more from an extra person in the global staff team, not to mention new people into the global staff teams (not current globals) often is a good thing as they bring new ideas and something new with them.
Chris is already a global member, let other people work too. :/

From what I have seen, both people hired have very good personalities.

Betting on someone failing is kinda sad......especially when it comes from team members of graal

I don't think he wants to give it to --Chris-- because of the global title... He wants to give it to him because he would be a good addition to the team. His current global position doesn't allow him to do what Spark wants him to do.

Obviously he'd be a good addition, but by what i saw in his post, he was disapointed because he was #3...

I think Chris could be a better asset to GraalOnline by being in the PWA, rather than having a Global Graphics Tag, and working for someone who is innactive, heck, there are 2 people on the team. Him, and the tag.

I'd rather be used to being the best and fail once or twice, then be the worst and get accepted once or twice (which seems to happen to me hehe)

yes i agree with spark, its better to have 2 new members in the team which adds 2 new members to help out graal instead of just switching chris and having one new member to the team, yes i agree with what some others said, chris doesnt really do much since its really just him doing his job and on his tag, but atleast now theres 2 new people to the team to help make graal better then it is. And chris, dont be a bad sport, atleast show some gratitude to those who made it. You people shouldnt say that they will fluke out and mess up, if you were planning on ranking on the newer members then you shouldnt have ever decided to hire a team, because i bet when you guys were first hired you wouldnt want everyone to say you people will suck and you wont do your job correctly, i mean i would expect this from fellow players but not from the current team, remember your actions reflect the person you are.

Congratulations Moon God and VT.

Yes, it would most likely kill him to congratulate them. I'm probably out of line by saying this, but quite frankly I don't care. Sorry Chris... but all I've seen from you is continuous bragging about various things. To me, all this shows is what a huge ego you have... oh wait you'd fit in just fine with a majority of global staff. Feel free to delete my post, I don't really care.

HAHAHAHAHAHA, OWNED. Yes, most global staff have ego's more then they can handle, ive never seen any gfx from chris come to think of it, and only global staff who i know that are actually working to improve graal is jagen, angel and of course stefan and unixmad, i havnt seen any of the other globals do anything, then again there gonna probably make something up that they did something which is probably years old.

Chris does ganis, or so I believe. I mean... sure... a few global staff members do a great job, which is why I refuse to mention names, as I'm sure these people know who they are. Besides, I'm sure everyone who applied is some what disappointed, but I don't see them all posting they were disappointed. *shrugs*

Edit: *sighs* Well... I thought they weren't supposed to be dealing with problems yet? *bans* =/

Please people don't make this a bashing thread of anyone , look at it this way if another Team Member is needed then Chirs is top of the list to be inducted in. That is something he can be proud of and not ashamed of, good things come to those who wait do they not? I will look forward to working with Chirs in the future or near future whichever the case may be or anyone else for that matter that is "deemed" PWA material. Having to wait now only makes it that much sweeter when you do get in and hopefully appreciate the confidence and trust the ones deciding have in you. Keep your chin up Chirs its not forever.

Well atleast MoonGod is handling things better then the globals, too bad the globals dont see it the same way. Chris be greatful ur global now, ur time will soon come and be greatful because like they said "your at the top of the list", thats something you should be happy about, so you might be PWA sooner then you think, just give it the right attitude and congradulate those who actually made it.

I strongly disagree with the choice that Chris should be #3 rather than #1 or #2. Guess nothing I said about the reviews were considered.

And Gambet guy, I don't just sit around and do nothing. I could always take a picture of my inbox that I get per day and my outbox to show you how much work I go through.

Well, not much anyone can do when all these global staff are on chris's side, i mean it would be nice if you globals would atleast appreciate the new PWA members and guide them to the right path because who knows, these new PWA members might be the next best thing for graal or it might be the worse, only time will tell

I guess I can give my congrats, out of due respect.
I still think, that it doesn't matter if Chris is global now. Maybe he thinks he can do more as a PWA then a GGT member when that team is obviously dead.

I do appreciate the new PWA members (especially Moon God, I supported him) and both of the new ones are in the top 4 that I wanted in. I think that the PWA needs 5 members, rather than 4, and I originally thought that 5 members would be chosen.

I really think Chris deserves a spot in the PWA. I don't know if this "he is on the waiting list" type thing will work out considering Excal was next in line for PWA when Nemesis was around and Excal is still not in PWA.

Yea, that would be the logical reason, he would be able to help out a lot more as PWA. Would help out spark a lot more also.
