Stefan is the only one who has access to the servers to do this so it wouldn't do any good to email the support center.

Stefan has access to those emails too....It is what is being used instead of a support center

I'm not sure why you have to create a forum thread one day after my email. Subscription time transfer is not a simple thing, especially so short after the purchase (there can be possible refund transactions). I will do it when I get time and also add the delay to the subscription time. This is just adding additional developer gold time so I don't see where the big problem is.
