delete npulse/classic and move its good content to UN

first off i'd like to note this thread isn't to attack the servers or offend it's players. it presents factual information and well thought out ideas that would benefit players from both servers

the sad thing is, npulse and classic have had questionable progress over the past several years. i know that npulse is working on their new server but from what i've seen it's just not going to compete with zodiac v2 (zodiac has the best dev team on graal atm)..

recently, the only classic server left with active players, which is UN, has been really boring lately.. it's still a fun server with a few nice things to do, but until streety and his developers get done with their large projects, globals should remove classic and n-pulse and let un's staff decide what they want to add to their server to make UN much better.

example: since UN's card game is broken, they can use and improve's classics.

UN can also adopt npulses sharking for another way to add money and maybe use their drilling system... npulse has a lot of cool events and NPCs UN can use to...

summary:
npulse and classic are going no where
since UN is the only classic gameplay server with a shot in hell at keeping itself alive, npulse and classic should be removed and their content should be available to UN's use

No, they left, they didn't die, they left to go make a better sever lol. Even on there dev server they still almost get more players than Classic/N-Pulse

i want to see what becomes of these servers, especially with classic's moving to the UC tab. if classic is to die, it will be the management finishing it off. none of the content even fits on UN for either server anyway. did you think this one out before you even posted

I think it's an interesting idea only due to the fact that it would remove the playerworlds with the lowest playercounts, but those playerworlds are making progress. N-Pulse Rebirth is questionable (as you said about Zodiac), but I will never support the removal of Delteria due to the progress they have made on Delteria Dev.

I totally agree with you, NP and Classic have been around way too long and it's time to get rid of them. Besides, Graal needs to downsize anyways, theres too many servers for such a small playercount.
Delteria is working it's way up, and will probably be the new hit which will roll in some gamer bucks and be ranked up-top with Era,Zodiac and UN

.
I also think Valikorlia should be removed and be combined with Zodiac

They have such good GFX but such a bad RPG system, lol!

Why? Half of the servers get no playercount... so it's not like they're sucking away potential players and making the other playerworlds suffer a smaller playercount because of it. Removing all the empty playerworlds isn't really going to make a difference playerworld-wise other than making the serverlist look a little cleaner.

I also don't see the harm in removing Delteria from the classic list just because Delteria dev is doing so great. Is it really going to suffer? It already has a constant 0 playercount, so removing it isn't going to have even the slightest effect on Delt dev. If Delt dev is as good as they make it out to be, then it should have absolutely no problem coming back from UC to classic. This whole 'reserved slots' for 'old classics but now in dev' servers is pretty silly. I'm not saying they should be removed, either... but there really is no justification for them staying up.

I don't think downsizeing Graal is the solution here, that would just be stupid.
That will give the signal that Graal has given up:
"We won't get anymore players, so let's downsize Graal so the remaining servers gets higher playercount."
For what reason? To pretend like we aren't losing players? To give the new players a false impression that we have loads of players?

We need to face the reality. Deal with the issues.
There are room for improvements in all of the servers, I think it's both the owners of the servers and the owners of GraalOnline to deal with this.
I really think we need to do something, before it's too late.

And I don't like that idea. Not only because am I staff on N-Pulse, but UN isn't as great as people think just because of the playercount. One of the only reasons for UN having such high playercount is because it's pretty much a large chatroom with a few things to do. Currently, N-Pulse is too, but it is having development done on it almost 24/7.

i've been trying to come up with new ideas, but it seems that no one likes them, or thinks they are good. i doubt anyone can decide upon anything...other than the fact that SOMETHING has to be done

Finally someone makes a genuinely logical post. I think you make a really good point.. but N-Pulse was planning to release it's new server ages ago and they still haven't. Not sure about Delteria, though.

I agree with the Valikorlia part.. no one (not even the PWA) seems to care about Val because they somehow get away with having the worst GP team EVER.

This isn't about "giving up"... did you even read this thread? This is about moving good content from dead/now useless servers to servers that are still thriving.

This isn't trying to fuse them together. It's about deleting Delteria/Classic/N-Pulse, and psosibly even Valikorlia and letting UN or even Zodiac have access to their files so they can improve their own servers.

It's the job of the current classic tabbed servers' management to supply their server with a staff capable of bettering their own server, not taking the best things from other servers that have a low player count.

The things on Classic/N-Pulse/Delteria have all been worked on hard by their respective staff members and the content on these servers belongs to the server, not to other servers who want a cheap way to add new content. This idea of deleting servers and giving away their content, which they painstakingly created, is ludicrous.

Please, stop with all of these nonsensical ideas. It's one thing to suggest cleaning up the classic tab by placing servers with low player counts on the UC tab. However, it's an entirely different matter when you say that their content should be given to another server just because you don't personally get anything, in terms of enjoyment, out of playing those particular servers.

Removing these servers and giving away their content to another undeserving server is not going increase player count. The problem with player count has more to do with the actual game itself and it's various issues than any of the servers.
