Random lag

ive randomly got hit with the horriblest lag ever, ive been messing with the options but its all the same. its impossible to play the game when it takes 5-10 mins for a door to open for you.

i want to uninstall graal completely and reinstall it, but i cant find the option to uninstall it in control panel, or infact anywhere on my computer, im using windows vista home pre, was wondering if anyone could help me either cure lag or unsinstall.
