Everything you see here has been created with my WACOM (tablet) using Photoshop CS2 at 1500x1500 px

I work using the brush tool with pressure sensitivity assigned to opacity, which means that the harder I press the darker color.

What do you mean ?

Actually on second thought, what i've said isn't one hundred percent true. Now that I think about it, I actually used the pen tool as well. It's very affective using nothing more than a mouse, and creates beautiful lines. The flower outlines were drawn 100% with the pen tool, because it offers stronger and more mathematically precise lines. However the shading is all done with my WACOM, although it would be possible to do it with a mouse.

I drew this 100% with mouse :

Oh it's much bigger, that version is really shrunk so it looks a lot more detailed than it really is

I prefer to use the pen tool for practically everything, and to add to it - I prefer Illustrator over Photoshop, obviously though this is for limited stuff. If I were manipulating a photo I wouldn't use Illustrator.

I don't like Illustrator as much, probably because I have less experience, but I find it more restrictive than Photoshop. I like being able to work with individual pixels, and my WACOM is essentially useless in illustrator. I also find it more difficult to create real depth and lifelike detail in illustrator.

Show me your work ? I'm interested, you certainly seem to know what your talking about. You're thoughts are all very well put.

Well, as far as I understand (I have a wacom, but I've never used it in Illustrator) you can map the pressure of your pen to the size of the pen in Illustrator.

I imagine for all practical purposed you wouldn't be able to use your designs for anything besides rasterized renderings... but it would make your drawings easier to edit

These are all good and should be made into wallpapers with different resolutions but you need to get rid of the words cause that mean nothing to us lol.

They seem to be, in all of the designs, the strongest elements (aside from the "Blue" one)... I think they're nice - a good choice of typography and nice very suitable colors.
