Net bug

If you use the catch net on cops and robbers it will do one of 2 things:

1. Jail the person you net (effective against cops)
2. Kick the person you net out of the game

I didn't really wanna say this because I like to piss people off, but what the hell. Here ya go. Makoz now you can have something to do.
