I already hate the hat system

This is so stupid, there are two freaking hats that AREN'T sold out, the brown cowboy hat, and the blue helmet (both of them have recolors that are free). I would have loved a fossilo hat or clown hat but they were sold out before i even came online. I do not like this new system, let the flames begin.

I don't like it either. You pay for almost everything on Graal now and days. Next thing you know we'll have to pay to change our clothes, or to change our shield. And then there will be a feee for using the train.

I spent all my money on the Newbie hat only to have it stolen because I accidentally pressed "S". Needless to say, I didn't get it back.

yes, and then you blamed me for it, and left me in Jail for 2 Hours, and then NightLord checks the log, and found me innocent after he too accused me of Stealing it.

1. Because you took it.
2. I didn't leave you in jail for two hours. My intentions were to jail you so we could both be in the jail and you could stop running away from me (so I could get the mask back). I told you to give it back and I'd unjail you, and you refused to give it back.

That doesn't really mean a thing. Seeing as i thought i had it at the time, and a "2" usually appears right under the hat if you have 2 of it, and i hadn't yet realized that yet, But ask NightLord if you are so sceptical.

Didn't Stefan say something about selling hats to Dustari or something? I don't get that...If we're a Kingdom, shouldn't Royalty have access to the ROYAL hats? I don't know.

All I know is that I no longer have a King hat to wear.

Wow another thing to waste more money on.... well for a good thing it will balance the economy a bit more and leave n00bs even more screwed!!!! I never liked hats anyways, and now I don't have to worry about people giving me some retarted hat when I'm fishing.

I like the idea of having to buy hats, I probably have about half the collection, but....
It was a BAD idea to release those 4 new hats today. Stefan, if your going to release new hats then release them when you re-stock some of the older ones.
1) This gives people a chance to get the new hats
2) The demand will fall for newer hats when older hats are re-stocked because people want to get the other oens. This might give people a chance that don't spend 20 hours a day on Graal to buy the newer hats

You don't have to be a *****, it's called supply and demand. Demand would fall if new hats would be released among older re-stocked hats. Why you ask? Well, because people who wanted the fool's cap might want to buy that instead of a new hat.

Its not a waste of money. What else are you going to spend money on? If you think of it hat way then everything on graal2001 is a waste of money, unless you buy something to make you more money! It is an video game economy where you buy fun NPCs and trade them. That is fun and NOT a waste of money.

Well for me it is, I don't have enough money to buy a hat first off. Then I don't need a hat anyways cuz I use that red head that looks sorta like a bomy. Plus in 2k1 I can get fireball, I still need the instraments ect.. then I can sell those something I'll actually enjoy to use before I sell. I understand everything's 1's and 0's anyways so it's all a waste, but hat's are way too expencive now and for what? I'd buy them from the shop to sell because that would be a smart idea but buy them from a player that over prices it then sell it to another player at an inflated price? ... Actually that's not a bad idea... but still! I'd rather own a bomy even though it does nothing but follow you.

The hat tradig is for giving the game
more depth. Everything
like swords,shields,heads and bodies is
just for the look and has no value. If
someone has a stick or a blade of steel
with is under fire when it is used
makes really no difference in Graal,
which is quite unrealistic.

In Graal2001 I saw that people
like trading and don't really care what
their hat looks like (because its free
and has no meaning), so the hat trading
item has been added.

Imagine there is only one kings crown.
When you see someone with that crown
you know that he is the king and has power.
When someone else becomes the king then
the crown could be given to him in a big
ceremony. This might make guilds / kingdoms
more interesting; right now it's just a list
of guild members.

I say we auction hats like Stefan suggested. That way we can get the hat we want rather than the first-come first-serve basis.

I think there should be a hat stealer NPC, so people without hats can get them, maybe if you kill a person then use the NPC you pick up their hat.
