Streamed Website Videos

For the main website, the video applet should be updated to allow the video to be chosen to play and also allow the video to stream it before playing. I noticed that the Zone video took a while to acquire so it was playing in very short bursts. It's also annoying how the video has to play.

I already told Stefan that there should be a "Stop" function for the videos, he just said you are not on the front site that long anyways
