Forum registration...

A friend of mine is trying to register for the forums (they have VIP) and they can't. They keep getting the error "Passwords do not match" when identical values have been entered. They're using their graal login/pass to create a forum account.

Is it broken?

I tried it, just entering some test values on the registration form and got the same error. (Although my user name wasn't a graal VIP account).

Your password for the Forums, is the password for your Graal Account.

Has he tried changing his password, then attempting the registration?
When was the last time he changed his password?

Change the password through the GraalOnline website, then use that password for forum login, and Graal Client log in.
