Clientsided echo's

Yet another one of many errors on Mythic lately, clientsided echo's will not work -at all- . Ive has other scripters (Contiga and Twinny) to try and get them to work, without luck. Perhaps this is related to my other *problems*? Appriciate if anyone would check it out.

Clientside-echos can be disabled with the enablefeatures() scripting command, eventually enable them again
