I am posting on Warcaptain behalf, he submitted two tickets concerning his banning and both were closed without a response. Would it be possible to get an explanation as to why?

In closing I apologize for using this method, I know we are always told to use the support center for bans, but he did and the ticket was closed without any response. Thank you for your time.

Tickets being closed without a response has been happening alot lately, with me also. A bug maybe?

If his tickets has been closed, it is probably intended because his request was answered before by the responsible Admin.
