Weapon stats modifications

The stats of some weapons have been modified:
- SMG is a little bit more powerful now (10 instead of 9 hp)
- KV9, Plasmarifle, Laserforce, Crossbow, AP Ripper, Enhanced Pulsar, R51 and KR-90 have less freezing time (most of the time 0.05 seconds less)

I'm not sure about the other weapons, don't want to make some weapons too powerful either.

laserforce seems to be a lot easier to hit people with now thanks

Leave as is, now there's justice between the ApRipper and the ApPirces.

Wy does it matter if apprices are slower and weaker? If they are don't use them. THere are other weapons you can use.

ApPirces have the huge advantage of accuracy, that's enough to make them even.

*Added* By accuracy I mean of course that they shoot two more bullets, most players can easily dodge Rippers, Apps however, no.

They have just about the same spread, appirces fire one more per gun but they are less than half as strong. I'd be fine if the Ap-ripper bullets did maybe 2 less damage per gun to even them out with the Ap-pirces seeing as the Ap-rippers were already faster.

I don't really like this

I logged on for 2 minutes last night and killed a couple of people with rippers before logging off

They are mega-lame, but I wouldn't really know since I hadn't played for a while until last night.
