ZzzZzzZzz...

Okay, I've held this in long enough. How is it that some PWAs (Like Malinko) can be very active, check in on playerworlds, and finish playerworld expections quickly? Björn, Malinko, and --chris-- inspected my server, and after a few things were fixed (they pointed out things I should change/do) they passed it.....Now, I'm waiting on HoudiniMan and GrowlZ. When I last complained that they were taking a while they told me they would get to it, and that these things take time. Apparently, a long time. I've been waiting months, and they've (to my knowledge) have not even visited DR. Is this because I complained? Will this thread make a difference? possible. The way I see it there are two possibilities: either someone will tell them to kick it into gear, or they're going to start losing money from dissatisfied customers. NO WONDER there are so few hosted servers! Apparently, you have to know the 'right' people before applying, otherwise certain people will ignore you. It's sad that I've had to wait this long to post this, however I feared they would ignore my server if I complained so outwardly. However, since it seems like that’s the way it's going to be anyway, here it is! My BIGGEST COMPLAINT about Graal IS: CORRUPT/LAZY STAFF!!!!! I'll have you know I fire people like this on MY server. You'd have to be corrupt to ignore someone because you have your own opinions on them, you’d HAVE to be lazy not to inspect one of the playerworlds that have been waiting for an inspection for MONTHS (out of what, 7?8? I forget the exact number) And while I'm at it, lets not forget the reason for the hosted tab: DEVELOPEMENT. Though so far, I've had to struggle and do MOST of DR on my own, receiving little recognition or advertisement, It’s mostly done. We're even making a second overworld right now! I'm sorry for having to come out like this, but something had to be done. I've ignored this, telling, no LYING, to myself that they would do their jobs, but apparently I shouldn't have. People look down on Malinko sometimes, WHY? He's the kind of person Graal SHOULD be hiring, people loyal to their possition and Graal. Malinko IS playerworlds. Now, recently, --chris-- has stated he may be quitting, which is a shame because he was also more active. I'm hoping this thread has pointed out the underlying cause behind MANY of Graal's problems. Maybe now, people's hard work can actually be noticed. Now, WAKE UP!

And none of this crap about 'PM that person' Bull****! I've tried that before, doesn't work, the only thing I can do is make this as PUBLIC as POSSIBLE. I KNOW other people have these same problems, and it's about time something gets done...or at least heard

Poor way to get attention. Why dont you post more maturely. They will just think a server with ur management is just not right with how youre acting.

Well, this is what we call bottled up emotion, I don't release this often, normally I have no reason too (quite rare actually), however the blatant disregard to my server from the PWA has pushed me a bit to far.
Also, don’t tell me what's mature, I know what I'm doing, I posted in this fashion to gain attention, and to show my anger, I believe showing my true feelings can get your point across more than a mask. You don't see protestors smiling, or politicians not pounding their fists for a reason. Emotion gets attention, and that’s exactly what this thread’s about.

I asked Growlz to look into my a ban I had recieved on a certain server and he checked into it the day I asked him Zz. Maybe you should get his aim. Bjorn is just some guy who plays GK or somthin. No one rlly cares about him.

But Houdiniman....active? hmmm

And don't close this thread for 'flaming' That is a terrible reason, these people need to know what kind of job they're doing here, a poor one. Someone needs to do something. This thread is just for brining your complaints to light. Maybe, SOMETHING will be done, other than ignoring the content of this thread and closing it.

I'm sorry, I was ranting a bit. Take what I said seriously, however. I've been waiting months without hearing from 2 PWA members, who obviously cleared an other PW recently. However, I have been, once again, waiting months without them ever even logging onto my server. If all servers are inspected the way they have 'inspected' mine, it's a wonder there are any non-dev or hosted servers.
I have sent them PMs, getting angry 'don't bother me' responses, saying they would get to work....this was after the 3 other PWAs cleaered it...a few months ago. I believe they may be biased in their choices of what server to inspect, lazy in their inspection process, (the guys who have not even looked at my server), and spend more time on graal doing other things than their duty to Graalonline. I have held this in for a while because I didn't want to offend them, because if I did, I would never get a server, buy I have recently noticed that it doesn't matter, they weren't going to do an inspection anyways. Now, I'm asking somone higher authority to either get them in gear, or...fire them Once again, I hate that it comes to this, but if i went to work and did nothing but read magazines and talk to friends, I'd be fired pretty quickly too.
I hope this was shoter, easier to read, and less agrivated, please take what I have said seriously, and help a customer out.

But i know what your saying is true, but take Skylds advise, and you will probably get better feedback that way

I don't want it put up unconditionally, but a chance would have been nice.
And paragraphs are hard when your spaces in front of them are ignored x_X I could hav eput it in a code block maybe.
And I'm not going to close this thread just to start one that seems nicer. Lets face it, I was (well, am XD) pissed. I'm tired of being ignored, and having to remain quite at the risk of bans or my server not being hosted. I hate corrupt people, I fire them from my tiny little server, I think the same should go for bigger organizations as well. *cough* Graal *cough*
Seriously, I'd rather see them change their attitude than be fired, although they don't do their jobs well, a second chance wouldn't be bad either.

I disagree. Things will change when we start making bad protest songs and post them on our servers.

GET YOUR SERVER SHINED UP AND GRAB A CASH WAD

Upload the levels!
THE PWA ARENT GONNA MOVEEEEE

Yay for vast amounts of spam. Or something like that.

But on a serious note, you're quite right. They arent gonna change anything until the lose money. Which is the sad part. Or until they get annoyed until they have to change something.

They obviously will not be annoyed, what have they got to lose? One or two customers who will not praise them 100%?

The funny part is, you buy a server to have it reviewed by a bunch of children who work for free (Blanket statement, whatever, but most of the GO "Staff" seem like pre-teens).

Most of them dont review it, and you dont want your work to go to waste, so you buy it again, in hopes that THIS cycle, they will look at it.

HAHA GOOD LUCK.

The perfect PWA team probably would have consisted of VT and Spark and no one else.

I think the real question now is, there is scamming going on, on GK (WHICH PEOPLE SEEM TO BE VERY CONCERNED ABOUT BTW), to players, but who is really getting scammed here (Hints: It starts with Customers, and has something to do with our real life money being wasted).

Yeah, but lets not forget, I contributed around $160 to Graal this year. ($120 PW (I got the 6 month, then when I renewed, I was in a hurry, didn't feel like searching for the 100 per year one, as it's not on the renewal page youre linked to, and ~$40 membership +gold+vip) As a playerworld owner, I've put quite a bit of money into Graal, in most businesses, thay means I have a say in how it's ran, a dollar vote. The customer is always right

Simple, It's not breaking the rules (though this hasn't always been enough in the past), it's an important issue for the people paying a lot of money for graal, I'm not flaming, and the ZZZ thread title makes it seem boring
But I don't have to explain the meaning

Cool

I doubt you need a total of '5' PWA members inspect your playerworld in order for it to pass. Im sure you just need to pass your NPC DB inspection, and Graphics inspection now, but hey i could be wrong.

To get PWA members attention, posting a thread like this, or forum pm'ing them would do no good. Support Tickets get answered very frequently, so i suggest you try it atleast. What can you lose?

I have been told, by a more active member of the PWA to pest them a while ago, however, they reacted so negitivly, I decided it was better to ignore it and let them take their time.
But it's been long enough, now, I'm taking Malinko's advice.
...Wake up, HoudiniMan and GrowlZ. You have a job to do, not just for me, but for all of the users, and playerworld owners. And remember to be un-biased. I'M not in the wrong here, you are.

I hope he looks at our extensive overworld, our many quests, variety of weapons, events, and staff, as well as much more than a few hours of play time, even if you know what you're doing. pwa dont like to review
requirements are too high

Put them togather and now you know why we have almost no new playerworlds except ones that Globals are working on, which look "Promising"

I'am sorry to here the graal has neglected to inspect your playerworld. But when Spark and MoonGod was running the Playerworld Administration team my Server (Bravo Online) was passed and put up the next day.Maybe spark needs to reconstruct whoever he left in charge , IF anyone at all? The only active Playerworld Administration Member seems to be the one that most players are biased against and thats the Lovely Malinko.Well anyways I can careless about who hates Malinko but i think he has been one of the best Playerworld Admins yet:/
Keep up the good work Malinko >3

In my opinion, you shouldn't judge a playerworld by it's cover (graphics). Most of them have flopped. Look what happened to Oasis, Relic and Eden. Hell, look where Aetherforge has gone recently.

The development side of Graal is dying drastically. It must be said.

I will only put my faith into the server unless it has the iron to show.

A Few Years ago, i thought a end would never ever come to graal, but today i went threw my graal buddy list (AIM).I had 208 Players on my list but by the time i removed all the people that quit or decided to become Anti-graal , my player list droped 100 players.there is apsolutley no developers anymore because of the prices and how strict graal has become, Even though graal has had the same rules they have become fearfully enforced :/

Graal Online Top 200 - Hacks and Cheats Free
Graal Online Top 200. The Graal Online Top 200 has been discontinued due to inactivity in the game and persistent hack sites on the top list.

Even Top 200 Sites even noticed it comming :/

You'll only find the select few who decide to carry on. I thought I wouldn't get this far, but I have. It motivates me to carry on. However, when the numbers drop and I'm slowly left alone, it because dark and boring.

I started out quite mediocre, as Dweebite - you might remember me, and now I can say, without modest, that I'm one of the better developers. Not the best, not a scratch on alot of people, but better than most.

I hope he looks at our extensive overworld, our many quests, variety of weapons, events, and staff, as well as much more than a few hours of play time, even if you know what you're doing. (It takes me a while)
Did HoudiniMan said the NPC-Server can't be called stupid names like, "Bob" ?

Man, that's stupid.

No, just that we didn't have enough of a server, even though DR is bigger than most on the hosted list, as well as the classic list. He however did not explore it I hope he just missed it...somehow, although this would point out poor onspection skills, I dunno. But Diabolical (Name of out NPC server XD)isn't bad, 'he' has a history with the DR staff And lets not forget, Maloria has bob to rely on

Couldnt have said it better myself. There are still more then a few skilled, dedicated developers out there.. You just have to be able to notice them behind the crowd of mediocre so-called developers.

For an update, Houdiniman has inspected it, I suppose he passed it, his message wasn't fully clear (if I have a guide to the first quest, {I do} then we pass)

This is not to flame anyone but if you are waiting on Bjorn you might want to get your money ready to rebuy the server.

I heard he was very inactive lately.
