Getting Guilds "UN-SUSPENDED"

Today, I try to tag up, doesnt work. I go and check the control panel, and its suspended due to not enough members. We had only 9 members, but I added 2 more, to bring it up to 11. When will it get un-suspended? I really want to use my Loxeus tag.
