Anyone know where I can get a list of the 'texttypes" (first parameter) for the requesttext/sendtext commands?

I have only a part list, not nearly a full one. There are so many, many that few scripters know. But I know of 'ban', 'comments', 'rights', which all three need the target as the textoption. I also know of 'options', 'folderconfig', 'serverflags', 'folders', 'weaponlist', 'classlist', and 'npclist', which don't need a textoption. The last two are 'weapon' and 'class', using the target name script as the textoption.

One I havent tried is 'npc', which, i think requests an npc by an id. Not sure.

'npc' gets a DB NPC with the name of the NPC as the textoption, but maybe ID will work too? Haven't tried.

You can use ID to request the script of a DB NPC or a NPC placed using putnpc2.
