Graal3(D), letters.png & Alpha

Graal3(D) does not seem to support alpha values PNGs for letters.png. Instead it seems to treat a pixel with an alpha value as if it was set to 0 (invisible).

The improvement would be to fix this so it does support it, of course.

x-x letters.png is working perfectly, may be some servers have old versions of it uploaded ?

I think he is using a custom letters.png with alpha transparency, using the setletters() command

The default letters.png should work. If you do special letters.pngs then you need to keep care of the 3 special pixels at the lower right corner which define the background and text colors

Graal v3 doesn't seem to support alpha very well.
Look at the animated emoticons for example.. you get a black box instead of a transparent background, and not all the frames show.
Same goes with most animated images bearing transparency.

What would be a very handy addition, though, is full alpha channel support.
Not to mention textured triangles and rotateimg
