New Training Program?

I spoke to Govenor Alan Yesterday about a "Training Program", for Recruits to become Pirates. In my eyes, most of our Recruits are, well, quite undertrained, to say. Of course, this would mean adding a new rank to the Pirates chart. But I believe it will help us greatly, and make our image alot better.

The Training Program, would have to go through simple procedures such as:
A tour around CP, Intellegent Naval Strategies, and a little Combat training.
I like Alans ways right now, About donating supplies to rank up, but i believe this would be far more effective.

I'd rather play the game then take a course in becoming a pirate, i'd rather join another kingdom like KJ or Dustari...
