No such list exists, although I did create a guideline for other staff members a while back - but I didn't share it for lack of reaction from Stefan/Bjorn.

No, but people do expect you to adhere to the "User Agreement" and "Code of Conduct" which is a basic outline of the rules. You agreed to adhere to these rules when you created your account - and would not be playing if you didn't.

He just gave you a list of rules to follow that you should be familiar with already. Stop being an idiot.

It isn't clear what the rules are; some people get banned when scamming but some people get away with it...

I think the rules (User Agreement and Code of Conduct) are pretty straight forward. A lot of people just ignore them.

Moonite, there is no set punishment for most violations of the rules. They are taken on a case-by-case basis. Some violations require more punishment than others, and some cases require more punishment than others.

Here is a simple guideline to follow: If an action does not seem like it should be legal/allowed, it probably isn't, so don't do it!

Those rules are pretty much the same as any other mmorpg, easily to get used to those. (for me as a beta tester) i don't even have to read them anymore. lol

Because there are never recurring events. There is always something -more- to a scamming, or there is always something -more- to a bug abuse report.

You cannot make a list for rules, if the rules themselves cover situations that are dynamic, and ever-changing now can you?
