Replied to both, but:

These threads of yours are going to be deleted - if you have a problem with a staff member, you are supposed to first contact them to try to resolve it, and then if it still is not resolved contact one of their superiors (for GK it would be either Bjorn (account dNeonb) or myself, or if neither Bjorn or I could help you, then Stefan or unixmad).

Please contact Bjorn or myself via private message with this information if you wish to discuss it, but please do not post that stuff on the forums.
