It's a plan, certainly. But I'd see more use in a list window. For example, it could look similar to the class browser in NC: you'd see all the standing IP blocks which were banned in a list, and could edit them individually from that. Each IP block in this list could also have a username responsible and a comment assigned to it, for example, "Block: 80.177.222.207. Set by: admin. Comment: This is GrowlZ and you must
NEVER let him do anything!!".
