Help With Staff blocking!

Can someone please message me how to make an npc where when you use it, it turn on, when its on and you click somewhere then a staff block apears at the x and y where you clicked. and when you say /clear then all the blocks disapear. please someone help me? im new to scripting

You will nead commands like putnpc2 and triggeraction to serverside, but you are not supposed to use this forum to have people make scripts for you.
