That ninja looks good to me, the shading is well done and the pose is well chosen and thought out. When have you last seen a very glamorous female ninja fighting enemies? Getting herself all dolled up would take valuable time away from her being able to dish out an insane amount of damage to unsuspecting foes.

If the ninja were female, she most likely would want to pass herself off as a male ninja, just look at movies such as Mulan and many others to see what I mean.

Great job. No, really, great job.

Although there could be a few fixes, the main one is adding some sort of chest, because that's how people usually see the difference between guys and gals. Silly people.

I would assume being a female ninja the huge breasts would be a hassal. Considering you're trying to move stealthy, and need to hide in shadows. But okay.

Anyway, she makes me think of Hester Shaw from Mortal Engines by Philip Reeves. She also used a scarf to hide her face, because she's real ugly, she has a huge scar and she's lost an eye.

At the same time, she's the first female ever to have -no- breasts o_O

They're so non-existant she might as well have holes in her chest! Add at least something for people to look at that makes her stand out as female...
