Kantarian Empire

I'm the Owner/Manager or whatever of Kantarian Empire, and I'm looking for a few LATs (and possible a couple ofNATs) to help me develop it. I'm creating a new overworld, slightly smaller than the old one. I want it to come out really good, so if you want to help you have to be a skilled level maker, and you have to be willing to put time into this. It's going to have an EXP system which will be affected by kills and deaths, as well as kills of custom baddies. The quests will be integrated into the storyline so that you can sort of "play through the game" as well as just go around sparring, playing events, joining guilds, etc.

THIS SCREENSHOT IS NOT MEANT TO SHOW LEVELS QUALITY.

I'm just showing this, it's an interesting event we are developing. You play as a ball, and you bump into other players in an attempt to knock them into your pole. Whoever has the most points at the end wins the event. Some bugs are still being worked out..that's an example of something a good scripter could help with, although it wouldn't be one of the main projects of course =p.

Hmm, that event looks pretty neat. I'd like to play it once all the bugs have been worked out.

No you didn't, Helcanos (from delteria) made it for me over AIM o.o.
Stealing stuff is bogus.
It probably just looks like it though. There are plenty of spinning lights.

Hehe, no sir. I don't want to accuse anyone and i don't even care if you use it, but i made it and i'm 100% sure.

Dude I've seen that style of spinning lights so many times before, it's not even funny... I've seen it before light's even were around i think... it used some star image...

Wow i like the idea of that, it reminds me of how shaded legend is a new style of a server, not a rp, or classic/pk, but more like a video game, such as a secret of mana game but online, with no rp.
Well, SL is like that anyway, yours is different.

Well, there's still PKing and stuff..but yeah you sort of have it

The event looks nice, but the graphics definetly need a tune up.

It is. Hard to find serious LAT’s and NAT’s on graal forums. So good luck with that.

The playerworld looks fun though

Well, SL is like that anyway, yours is different.

SL has been like how it is for the past two and half years (except for that one 6 month interval where SL2 was attempted and failed horribly..bleh)

A more important message: I had this guy give me money so I could buy the server, and it hasn't really been making a lot of progress. I sort of assumed it was mine since I have the graal.net account, but anyway he's taking it back. So, I'm not going to fight about it, I'll just be working on the project offline myself until I feel it's worth purchasing a new playerworld. He's been nice enough to give back the server name and the levels, because it's all mine. If anyone's interested in helping to speed the offline development period, please contact me because I could use it...

Sorry about the bump, I just felt this was a necessary post.

I spoke with Spark on the advice of Lyndzey, and he said that regardless of the fact that Proteus gave me the money to buy the PW, it was mine since it was purchased with my paypal account and the graal.net account is mine. So, he had Stefan give me the playerworld back. Proteus will be given limited rights so this does not happen again, however he will still have RC because he did give me money for the server.

So, if anyone wants to help, we're BACK ONLINE!

Note: It's called Crystal Night until I can get it renamed to Kantarian Empire. That's just the name Proteus had.

Here's the current map if anybody wants it.

That map looks amazing! What's the little white structure in the bottom right corner? It looks strange, a little messy but good in places. What tiles does it use? o_O

I'm glad everybody likes the map. Monkeyboy, it's a combination of the white tiles and the dark castle tiles.

I could use another LAT or two...

Unfortunately, this is very slow and it is only me and my Asst. Manager o.x
