Kingdoms Armor

I was playing Kingdoms and put on some Armor, I was wondering, why is the armor body only? I made a draft of a full armord charactor:

y'know the Roman chest guards, armor things? I think that's what it's supposed to be like, because you can't walk very well in actual suits of armor.. and a chest guard would protect the necessities..

so I guess that's why!

Sure it would slow you doewn a whole lot, but it would give tons of protection, and look really cool.

There's seperate armor for boots, armpads (bracers), gloves and boots...duh.

yea.. but you can't get "gold plate boots" and "gold plate bracer" etc... and you can't see the items, other than armor, and hats and weapons that you have equipped

It wouldn't necessarely be ading new armor, just haveing it show up on your charactor.

Stefan wanted to save time by not having that many attributes. I wanted him to do it that way from the start, but he said it would be too hard to make ganis with that many attributes. Go figure. :P

Wouldn't it just be like a new set of arms and legs? (the bodies is spilt up in parts, legs, arms and bodies for those who didn't knew :P)

That wouldn't work... See, the items are "gloves" and "boots". These things don't cover the arms and legs totally, so they would have to be placed over them. You can't just use the arm and leg attributes and slap gloves and boots on them, because everyone uses different arms and legs.

So unless somebody made graphics for every pair of arms and every pair of legs, that wouldn't work too well.

Well.. Bracers are very hard to get :/.. event items :|

Personally I think that the idea for bracers showing up is not a bad idea. Like the way that example has the arms. I think that would look good, and its not that big of a deal that it would cover the whole arm in my opinion...
