Bless is a prayer. Priests bless other players and themselves, which gives restances to some of the ones that diety gives.
You mean Enchant. And yes, I think its possable.

Does alot of damage, basically can do one hit kills, even on smokeys.

Bile does nothing to my weapon.
I only use him for the hunger thing.
