I won't do a top 3, I think its unfair to people and it will degrade them. I reconized this few poeple as scripters: ScreenName, Ningnong, Falcor, Kai (Doesn't help much ;-( ), Jagen, Jeff, and Angel. For levels, I think that right now I don't think anyway has very good levels =/ I hardly ever see a nice level no more.
Newbies and hackers are not needed. Gani's, I only know of karsh, and they are good.

GFX... I liked DV, Kawaii, and Chibi's.

Trooper wasn't a hacker...he abused a glitch to get staff items on Classic and sent out viruses to get accounts :O

Tiamut has the best levels I've seen. They aren't as detailed as Mmmmkay's/Viktor's, but his house levels and stuff are great.

i think level making talent is being overlooked all over the place. There arent any Super LAT's right now that have stunned the world with their levels, and there arent tons of talented ones. One reason may be that a server only needs like 2 good scripters to get work done and maybe 1 or 2 gat's....to make a 600 level overworld you need a good 5 very talented lat's...if you want it done in a reasonably short amount of time. The talent is just more spread then scripters or gat's.

I need 2 EXTEMELY good Level Makers for CiraBaen that can handle making levels with another tileset, and using them in outside/inside levels. I only need 2 plus myself . We will be going slow and not rusihing it.

I can't even pick 3 top scripters, I know kaimetsu and stefan are the top two for sure, other I'd say there are a lot of fairly good scripters that could take the 2 & 3 spot of stefan doesn't count

wow... I am in a top 3? at least in his eyes...

I havent done many graphics for graal lol... the few I have done I guess people really like..

when I get some of my websites finished/out of the way I am gona make/help nyght make a new tileset, and finally have a light source for graal! thats right that equals no more pillow shading!

well... I guess I think jagen is the best scripter.... mostly because I LOVE JAGEN!

I think jagen would be good with other languages, he has logic down, now he just needs to learn the syntax!

thanks for the praise azzy but I'm not the best scripter, I have been learning some PHP tho, a lot of it is similar to graal script, I just need to learn all the builtin stuff with php, there are too many functions and commands in php

i gaved that descion becuse i now u can make almost everything
and u can answer on anything.
im not a advanced scripter and im not the best rater about Scripters but i now good scripters, and wery good scripters.

Technichly he hacked. Lyndzey couldnt u ban him?
he was annoying when i pked in AC before he always used walk throw walls and maded the whole level to drop alot of bombs rofl.
Some times he did so we just died 10 times in a row

he is globally banned now?

#1 Dedication
#2 Creativity
#3 Always looking for a challenge to perfect thier skills in various area's.

He was on in September; PM'd me the list of server strings so I banned him a few times (hes got many accounts again

Heh, I'm not in to listing people, especially since it's about taste, so it would make no valid point, but a few gleeming stones would be Kaimetsu , BirdBird, Mmmkay, Konidias, Falados, Haunter. They know why they're on the list, because they each have their own speciality within Scripting/Graphics/Levels, some having multiple specialities.
