Talking Menu Script

Okay Everyone Check Out My Menu Script..
You guys probably have seen it online Npulse when I was testing things, and some of you may hate it. Oh well, it's something to look at.

P.S. uhh, I may not have optimized it all the way down to have shorter code.

It looks nice and from what I grasped by the screenshot a like the idea of being able to change te colour.
Also it has the restore window thing, does that mean you can hide them then?

while realistically you probably won't run into any legal trouble... EVERYBODY will have their 2 cents ready to cram down your throat, be it PWA team, every player, anybody who needs something to be pissy about... etc

It would be best to use a different graphic just to save yourself the inconvinience of people pointing it our for the rest of eternity

not using it

Well I am not using it for anything though, just made it to make it and tested it on Npulse.

Reason why I am not using it for anything is because players seem to be pissy about not seeing their hearts and whining about the boxes.

I wonder what Stefan thinks about it.. or Unixmad.

nice idea, I was going to make something like that but I forgot or something. Ended up just making my weapon system have a resizable window that you can move w/ the mouse, not so smooth though cause It got more complicated that it should be... Oh hey! I can use the draw polygon thing to fix that!!.... *goes off to work awhistling*

Pretty nice!

I myself have been working on a display for graal2001; it's perhaps half-done. It features such things as the ability to change the color to presets (set state color). The gralat icon changes depending on how much money the player has . Transparency so it's not overly-annoying.

future ehancements:

smaller icons
MP count
The ability to choose your own state color amounts, in addition to presets.
Better handling of weapon name
Addons
More

I've got Anarchy's done. It's more of the way 2k2 has it layed out. it's a singular box in the top right corner to maximize space. it isn't huge like Delt's or anything x.x Sage, I will say the same thing I told you on RC, nice coding, I like it from a scripter point of view, but I hate how it looks (although the transparency adds to it after you changed it). If you want, I'll ask Stefan to take a look when I get on Debug tonight. Just tell me on Npulse if I get a chance to get on. Tell Moon God I'm sorry I haven't gotten on RC l8ly and I've been busy with 2k2 stuff.

Didnt you get your ibonic account free when you worked for cyberjoyuers? (sp?) if so, now that you dont, you dont have to have it anymore, so why do you still use it for the forums when you dont play graal or work for graal?

this was/is my "normal" account, I've upgraded/paid for it in the past also ... I'm not using it to play the game much now (besides occassionally logging on to see if certain people are on etc.), which is what I believe most people pay for (?)

I sometimes read the forums out of curiosity when I'm taking breaks from working, and it's sometimes hard to not post when I have the opportunity to do so and haven't been asked/told not to ... I'm not "special" or anything related, but I didn't believe that it'd bother anyone, especially since I've done and offered many things to Graal in the past

Let's everybody make a huge stink since we benefit from people paying for their accounts, even though if it was us we wouldn't offer to cough up if we didn't have to

heh, I think we all know that Stefan and Unixmad do not care as long as they get their money. Even if they buy someone an account they still get their money, so it is benefitial to the person getting the account and themselves.

I wonder how good of a programmer I have to be to be able to work under Stefan/Unixmad on developing graal. What requirements do they recommend to have?
