Graal Problems at night

Ok, this has happened more than once, and I was just wondering if there could be a simple solution to this? It's around 11:00 EST and the NPC server goes BOOM.... and how long does it stay down? well right now, it's exactly 1:00 and it's still down, and it's really annoying to us night players :P Is there something to do about this, because I know Stefan can't be there to fix it all of the time, but who is?

Bed is not an option for me.. I have all the time I want to go to bed because I'm in search of a job, and right now the only thing I have to do besides filling out applications is stay up all night and sleep during the day =/

His lifestyle really has nothing to do with this. People that don't live in America also play Graal, and it's day for them, when it's night for Americans. I was on when the server crashed... I could have put it back up if I had the ability to do so.

I think Stefan has mentioned to me several times that he is making a way for RC's to restart the NPC server.
