Complaints

I have a lot of complaints but here are the main ones.

1. The servers are too laggy now. It isn't even fun anymore, it takes 10 seconds to read a sign. It takes so long to open a door that if you are running from pkers, you could try to get in for 20 seconds and they will kill you before the door opens. It sucks.

2. The setup.exe is stupid, I want to download GraalShop and Level generator but it doesnt show them. As a matter of fact it does not show anything. Its stupid, the older one was better. It atleast let you choose what you wanted to download.

Hopefully #2 can be fixed

It's like that on an NPC server with sings and stuff because they put them as NPC's or whatever I guess, I rarely play NPC Server using servers, I play classic

And im not the only one with the problem, its like that for most people. But, I can see the names of the packages on my 486 laptop thingy. Can someone tell me how to download the extra GraalShop + Levelgenerator?

The setup problem exists for users of any 9x kernel-based Operating System. In other words, Windows 95, 98, and ME suffer the setup problem. Windows NT, 2k, XP and .NET users don't have any problem simply because of coding issues. Some people have a link to a setup that works for 9x kernel-based Operating Systems in their sigs, like Bhala and a couple others....

the reason npc server has laggy signs:
when a sign is read, it sends the sign to the npc server, which encrypts the level position and name and writes it to a text file, this is used for translations since you can take the text file and translate it
