Since no one plays Graal2002 anymore because they found out it's boring, why not just put it back to Ghost Mode so the players can roam around in ghost mode while the staff pick up things and start working again without any distractions when they get on?

there is no way we can force them to do anything, they made the decision on their own accord

if it weren't ready for public viewing, keep it ghost mode and explain why they can't release it yet
