Help with states

I tried, for the very first time, to make my own state. The only problem is its not showing up on graal for some reason. I edited it and made the size exactly like the original, but it still didnt work. Can someone help plz =(
btw plz no judgement on the state, i made it and thats all that matters

edit: ok... mabe some of it was recolored.

omg... i tried changing it around a little bit so it wouldnt look like some glitch, and now its not showing up... i set the transparencie to equal colors but that wouldnt work. I dont understand this =( (cant speel)

edit: sorry about being a pain in the ass lol

Hey Don you did your sig with Paint Shop Pro 7 Right? Grrr my dumb computer keeps messing up when it downloads. If you used PsP7 can you make me a sig like that, that says DarkVillin

Actually, to make those GFX I used GIMP. If you still want one I'll be happy to make it. Just Specify a color, and I'll see what I can do.

Redflair are you using PhotoImpact bundled edition? I can't make states with correct transparencies with that either... totally sucks.
