Local IP Banning

Hmm... I need to know how to Local IP Ban, because one of the old Staff from Mithica is on here threating to Hack the server using some *** Unix thing, I banned 2 accounts off of him for using a trainer, and he was on his third with his nick "telnet have fun 195.219.50.220[14911]"...
If someone could kindly the exact way to ip ban, or ban 24.187.107.173, I would be happy

Most likely you're going to want to ban the range 24.187.107.* but from the looks of the ip, it seems like he is using a cable modem, so it's probably static and you could just use that one ip to ban.

I think there needs to be some sort of way for a high level RC to ip ban.. maybe they can and I just don't know it lol

you could try to use the ipbanned.txt file

Don't worry about High RC, I have level 4 =/
But for Global IP Banning, you need to be level 5, and since Unixmad hates everyone, he and Stefan are the only level 5's...
I just don't kno how to add it correctly

Not probaly, very likely it is now. My cable ISP changed a lot because of all this Shaw of bankrupcy (sp?), majority of people that use Rogers internet will have dinamix IP.

Also, he was on with that nick, and nobody knows that actual ip range, just playerworlds.graalonline.com...
He got mad because I banned him for using a trainer
