Assuming layer 5 isn't already in use for something else, could we use it for Map?

That way, if you

NPC Code:

showimg 201,missletarget.png,500,400;

changeimgvis 201,5;

it shows up at pixel position 500,400 on the map?
That'd be really handy...make quests a lot simpler; instead of having every player on Graal say "Master Li said go to the mountains up north, but where are they?!?", just have Master Li set a flag and the System show that image at that location...

since we already have Map Pieces and Automapping, it wouldn't be that much of a stretch, would it?

Layers 5 + are like layer4 only the higher numbers draw atop the lower numbers.

Then either layers 100+ can go to map, or layer -1, or I suppose it could be a new command, drawonmap imgindex;

they have been speculating about this command for quite some time, and with the new auto mapping features, it might spoil some things. BUT, Mr. Knorr did like the idea some time ago, and looked to add it in a future version, he just never did.

Tyhm just rescript the map. I did that and its alot better...then again it probably won't work on classic because the levels don't have any mathematical relationship...
