GFX Help

Okay i need help with GFX i have PSP but I dont know what the hell im doing, I can make some good stuff but i want to know how you lot make your GFX. Wat programs do you use, and do you know any good tips?

MS Paint is good for drawing graal stuff but if you want to add detail and sweet looking effecs use PSP or Photo Shop
