An idea for police..

I got this idea from someone else..

Police should have an NPC, where they can look at what anybody is doing, no matter where that person it. It would just basically look like they were that person, except they couldn't control them.
Then they could warp to that person.
This would be useful in cases where someone is doing something illegal, and the police is real far away..
Usually, the person doing the illegal thing would have run away by the time the police can get there.

Heh. That would rock, if just for personal use.

A police using it to do something like PK,steal rocks, etc.. would get fired..
A police just using it as a quicker way to get somewhere would be fine.

If Graal2001 was RP, police wouldnt be allowed to use those... too bad RP didnt work =(

and with the way the police/staff are now i dont think it would be a good idea to have something like that.

Or some portable Jail NPC that pops up in the Police man's inventory that allows him to go places and jail people without having to walk all the way to one place. (When the police man's tag is on)

Like..

"fire weapon"

"Who would you like to jail?" -> say account name
"Which Jail?" -> say no PM - he is warped to no pm jail, timer ###- he is warped to timer jail with whatever ### is after it. and rock ### - rock jail with designated ammount of rocks.

Seems like a good reason to be jailed, to me.
How many times have I lost a CS because my own team turned against me..
usually trapping me between their attacks and the other teams attacks.

Yeah that remote jailer is definitely a needed thing for police, along with the jailing logs. (read other police is corrupt thread)

Luckily I have warpto which I can use to get to the station and manny npc quickly.. I'm sure many police without warpto have missed jailing people because they couldn't get to jail them fast enough before they log off.. That is one reason why I jail players I see hacking immediately without warning.

I dont like the fact that we get abused by players because we cant get there fast enough because most dont have warpto.

its kind of good that you dont.. and more realistic.. i also see on other servers GP's EVERYWHERE running on houses super fast and warping all over.. its kind of stupid.. and they think there so great because they can do all that.. woopi anyone can if you know how to.. Thats why i play on g2k1 less hackers and a bit more fun and realistic..
