Graalonline minimum age limit - 13
Average grade 13 year olds are in - 7th
The grade where most people learn about reproductions/dangers of sex - 7th

I believe it adds up.

Exactly, we are not legally responsible for them anyway.

And if your reason is that it causes arguments?
Thats like saying a person can't discuss their race or gender (or announce it) because some people are racist/sexist and will start an argument. In fact since the majority of players are white computer geeks, and make, we should assume EVERYONE is like that, and not allow anyone to say otherwise.
But why stop there???
Politics, sports, gamings systems, different things in graal, all cause arguments, so why allow them?
Honestly, if you pick on one group, you should pick on them all. Your worried about the 1 or 2 11 year olds playing graal and finding about *gasp* homos when there are plenty of other people offended by this.
And how could you know that most homosexuals don't know what they are untill they're older than 10. They know for a long time, they just may not want to accept it for a while. Most will tell you they've been a certain way since they can remember, just like everyone else. Everyone's different, if you start choosing who you will accept and who you won't, your discriminating, its that simple.

Technicly Moon Goddess' suggestion we talk to Unix isn't that bad. Unix isn't directly responsible for the state of moderation on the forums, but he is ultimately the guy in charge. I'm not saying we should stop putting pressure on Moon Goddess, but we should talk to Unix about this stuff as well.

I have In fact I encourage everyone to, not to annoy the poor guy, but to show him that the users want change.
One thing I do ask, why have there been so many threads deleted that were not breaking the rules?

School is where they should learn about it. Not on a game forum. Christ, how difficult a concept is this to grasp?

Kids are also supposed to learn things from their parents, but they learn them from the media instead. Its an off topic forum for things that people would like to know about other then Graal. That includes everything. As long as it isn't illiegal or offensive in any way.

Oh yea, I had the school sex talk in 5th grade

Did I say he has to close every thread? Do you know how to read? It doesn't appear that you are literate, which is pathetic if you are as old as you say you are.

Quote me where I made reference to this idea. I'm trying to get it across that if you're under 13, you have no right on graalonline. Tied in with this, at age 13, you generally learn about it... in school.

I regret explaining myself.

Remembering the minimum age restriction on Graal has never been Koni's strong point.

Dosent matter, dont you think they would take stuff like that more serious then trivial stuff? You get banned and now you are right back to defending their decisions.

Did the ban convince you they were doing things right?

Um... I wasn't banned for talking about the forums... I was banned for talking about the game and customer support.

I was an admin once, and I understand the need to have the tools to do your job. Basically this thread is saying "let the players run the forum" and that's not going to fly. I'm not afraid of being banned. This is the SECOND time I've been global banned for giving my opinion on these forums. Don't you dare accuse me of changing my opinion out of fear of banning.

It's pointless argueing but why can't you see that GraalOnline isn't the appropriate place to discuss your troubles and discuss sexuality. It's a game, and there's only so much the NGRT can accomodate. Excaliber posted these polls, including the Homosexuality ones, to provoke arguement. It's plain to see.

I posted them to see what people thought. Saying homosexuality isn't appropriate is like saying african americans aren't appropriate because racist people will start an argument. Actually (as I expected) most of graal was supportive of homosexuals. This one was created because I hope to change the forums to make them more user friendly. Not to create arguments, and not to allow no moderation, just for them to have a more strict set of guidlines. On my forums, mods cannot mod posts or threads that are not targeting someone or a group, or a discussion on things such as sex (the act of it itself, as this is FAR from appropriate), or spam. In doing so, the forums have more free speech, while keeping from offending anyone. Life cannpt be censored, and I don't have a problem with life
