Request a Receipt?

When sending PM's to other users, it asks you if you want to request a confirmation receipt, with the options

[OK] or [Cancel]

There's no no option, not like it's that annoying, but I thought I'd just point a flaw out in the forums

It's not a flaw. Cancel is the equivalent of "No". If you click cancel, no return receipt will be requested.

It's simply how vBulletin is coded. Don't like it? www.vbulletin.com

I like the requester, you dont have to pester the person over and over saying "did u gte mah msag!??!" you can just see if the person confirmed it or not.

But then you have no way of checking if your message was read or not? It does not make sense to me; if you're not going to bother checking if your PM was read, why PM?

Maybe like having an option "Enable confirmation on all outgoing PMs" and don't have to click "OK" each time...

You don't have to accept their request for a receipt, anyway.
