Please help me with something if possible

Is there a way I can buy my server without having to "send" the money with paypal. See im "unverified" meaning my bank acc isnt confirmed (and its messed up so it wont be) but Eagle told me there was someway to click like a buy it now and it would send the money to graal online and I would be able to get my server. If this is at all possible please tell me.

Open a new paypal account with a Bank/Credit card. That's what I did in that situation.

Don't have one? I was just wondering if that "Buy it Now" thing would work.
