Destroying a npc using with(npcs[])?

How to destroy a npc with using:
with(npcs[index]){
}

i tried some things

with(npcs[index]){
destroy;
}
//Then the serverside part of the weapon is destroyed lol

with(npcs[index]){
setlevel2 onlinestartlocal.nw,10,10;
}
//Dont works

with (npcs[]) destroy; should work. Except for weapons, where you use removeweapon.
