shop items disappeared

Yesterday, I went to check on a scroll of ledgermain and a scroll of piety I had put for sale in my shop
but when I got there, neither scroll was around and nor was any money for them
I'm not sure what happened
could it have anything to do with somebody moving my house while they were for sale?
cause when I logged back on the door had some how closed as well

I know it's not the biggest loss for me, but is there any way for any staff to check some logs maybe and see what happened?
And I'm not sure who deals with this kind of stuff
Does anybody know which staff members I might ask for help?

I know what happened. tao_clan1 was at my house irl and we went to pirates to go do cuckoo quest, while waiting for the ferry on the way back home he was checking the stores and when he went to check those two scrolls, he automatically picked em up, without payin as if they were on the floor. He has probably sold em by now since it has been a while since this happened.

It they could be picked up like that, my guess would be that you accidentally dropped them on the ground when you actually intended to "trade" them to the table.

well, that would explain the mystery of the missing scrolls
I do remember pricing them
but I also remember accidently picking up the table I put them on and then I forgot what I did with them
that might be why the ended up being free

Many months ago there was a time when some items became free on the market tables when the server went down. Misty Di and I had trouble with it as well as some other friends with shops. There is a way to check it and that is to right click the item to see if it has the price you labeled it as. If the door is closed the server has gone down and this would be a good time to check. As often as you can take the money off the table, as sometimes if becomes fixed to the table and cannot be picked up.
