Stealing Houses!?!?

i had my house frame up with a few stones in it and i returned 4 days later to find out it is the comleated house of someone else!!
is there some way to claim the unfinished house of someone else?
(when you rightclick the house it says his accountname, when you rightclick the mailbox it says mya ccount name, yet i can't accsess the mailbox for taht involves the house key....bastard!)

Finishing a started frame will give you the key, no matter who started the building in the first place. Similar to your suggestion of claiming ownership by repairing low-constitution houses... see the problem?

That is why I have the rule on Kurenai Joukai that the person who wants to have house approved has to have all the materials first. Then if they dont finish it all at once and someone comes by and finishes it its on them.
