Both are very nice. ^____^;
One suggestion, 'ink' the trees with a few dark lines, so it doesn't look like it melds with the ground.

I see what you mean with the trees in the first one, but the second one looks fine to me... The grass on the other hand... Get rid of that ugly red, it's too intense. Tone it down to an orange/brown.

I like the colour of the two grass things, but i dont like the red highlights in the swamp...

Another thing I noticed, the weed grass tiles don't fit with the plain grass tiles, they should be the plain grass with the weeds pasted on top, to give that flowing feel... And on that not, I think you should do some work on the plain grass... It's a bit repetitive, you can see the pattern too easily.

Yes your right about that pattern the reason its like that is because normaly you cant see the pattern on the regular tileset but with all the changes in color and highlights the pattern is visible so i will either have to destroy the pattern or revamp it that wont be that hard though

Here is number one changed a little bit

The tileset had more colors when it was first created its kind of lost some of its coloring as soo many colors and such were added to it through it its *evolution* but now im going through and fixing the patterns on all of the tileset variations and I have 3 grass tiles on the tileset so there can be more variations in the grass pattern
I will post some more soon I made a twighlight green and twilight greenblue tileset for specific islands which will remain unchanged by weather conditions as they will be small and out of the way.

Here is what most of the seasons look like so far
The realy blue one is the twilight one i just started on and its not done yet I highly doubt it will be part of the seasons just part of another island.
What you think so far?
And thanks for all the input to this point

There are really good. Keep up the good work!

I only have one complaint. The top right of each tree where the overlap is a big brown spot. I think that is a tileing error or a tileset error. Either way it looks bad.

Other wise great job.

Fixed that tile error and I also ripped all the trees from all of the tileset variations and made 4 different images from them!
Tree top, whole tree, another new tree not on tileset , the tree top for it with similar coloring as the original trees
Here is a snap of all the trees in psp (I usualy use paint but i use psp to save them and add transparencies)

How do you like these and which one you think is best 1 or 2? and do you think one or the other looks more like summer or more like spring? I just need this one more variation so that I have 6 different seasoned variations to choose from 1 for every 2 months

The second one looks really good! It has that lush Harvest Moon feeling to it. So the first one for spring, since it seems lighter, and the second one for summer. Again, nice work. ^_^;

Well, I think all the grass tiles look repetive, On the autumn one, it seems a bit like a big 16 x 16 square grid, if you could make the grass look as if it wasnt a tile, but one big thing, then that would be excellent, maybe 32 by 32 tiles for grass work better, in my opinion

I know it does but most everything is allready tiled with that grass so I will try to make it seem not so grid like and If I cant I will make a few more grass tiles and just fill them into most of the levels however that will take a substantial ammount of time O_O but I'll get it
