confusion over new house

I just bought a new house yesterday and when do i pay rent how much and my house is a peice of crapp so i made a new one with some stuff in it how do i get it put up and how long will this process take?
heres some stuff in my house that im wondering if its ok to have

jukebox(hopefully)
personal rooms with vaults
and can i add a warp ring
also does it matter if i make it no-pk?

help would be appreciated

1)No special NPC's
2)No vaults that act like banks.
3)No warp rings on G2k1. Ever
4)And I think you basically are contacted by a high ranking person and told to pay rent, then he deducts around 50 gralats from your personal gralat count. (Or it might be 70, dunno.)

Be grateful you have somewhere private and you can keep your money. I want a house so i can store my money there. Theres this one house where they have there own private rooms... pretty good because you leave your money there and no one can get it.

Houses aren't that great,the one I hads' rent was 500 a week.
