Hi, my name is ShadowBlaze, i work for a playerworld called Zion. Currently we're almost complete and what we need right now is NAT to script. As of this moment, most of the server scripts are being produced by me. So if you're interested please sign on to Zion or i guess email me, or pm me some of your best scripts and i'll reply with an answer. You can also reply here if ya want

you know thats funny, are you reffering for gaia main level?

cause it looks 1000000 times better and isnt even close looking like it, i could find over 30 levels looking like that, its a city and it doesnt look close besides the walk up of the cliff, house and everything=not close.

Even thought it's not even better, it looks like a lot with gaia main level. Don't copy.

The first level is obviously from Gaia main, but what the heck is that crappy second level supposed to be? Please tell me that second one is not stolen.

its not stolen, Tornado told wan to make the main for him, he did but tornado dont have any use for it anymore,

Tornado even told wan he could use it, so... its not stolen.

Huh? You mean that when he was manager he told wan that he could use gaia main level at another server? No Sense?
And what about the other levels? Don't tell me Tornado let wan copy other Gaia levels when he was manager...

And it does change if he is manager or not. If he isn't manager, which power he got to authorize anyone to copy a level from a server he doesn't even work anymore?

yes when he was manager he said we could use it, that means he gave the level right to Zion and not to Gaia?

Nope he didnt, if we would copy crappy levels Zion wouldnt have passed the level test.
Ofcourse not know, but when he was the manager he had the authorize to give us the level, so the new 99% better level belong to Zion?

Well... Even thought Tornado authorized you to use it, it was Amon-Ra that made it so it should be him that should authorize you, though (not sure).
And I still don't understand why would Tornado let you use Gaia main level...

If he authorized it while he was still manager of Gaia, it's okay (though it still would be better if people made their own levels). I talk to Tornado every so often, I'll ask him if he made such an authorization.

Ok, here I go:

1. I helped Amon-Ra with Gaia long time ago and basically helped him with all these levels.

2. Amon-Ra made these levels, not Tornado, how can Tornado authorize anything?

3. It's not my own opinion, it's the truth. Try to be original and don't use levels that aren't made by you/your team.

Irrelevant to the case at hand. It's a matter of whether or not Tornado authorized the levels to be used.

Yeah, they should be original - however, I'd advise searching for the truth before spreading your opinion as fact. The truth can be found when Tornado can be asked.

You may have noticed (by reading playworld rules) that when you submitt something into a playerworld, the playerworld (in essence the owner of that playerworld, since all of those levels go under his jurisdiction) now has full authority over those levels, and has the right to do whatever he wants with them.

I'll assume you mean: "Would it be good if I became the manager of Graal2001, and then gave some levels and scripts to other servers?"

To answer that, I would say "Assuming that somehow you became the manager of Graal2001 (that isn't happening), you'd have the ability to do that during your career as manager there."

First off, you should try rewording your sentence so it makes sense. Second off, I would prefer that you do not make blind assumtions towards my growth. Pertaining to "holier than though". I am sorry, but "nubs" especially used in that context, just proves that you are an extremely ignorant person, and have a very hard time expressing yourself in a somewhat decipherable manner.

Tired of reading through the bickering so I'm not sure if this was brought up. Anything and everything uploaded to a playerworld's FTP immediately becomes property of Graal Online. You and everyone else that uploads levels, graphics, NPCs, etc. give up any right(s) you may have had to Graal Online.

Who ever said that it was irrelevant of whether or not this person was manager or not was correct. Its property of Graal Online. The manager may have permission to control the content they created, but they have no power to authorize another server to use that content. Even if a manager doesn't want thier content used on another server such as a company server (like GK), that can be overridden by Stefan et al simply because GO owns it not the manager. However, Stefan is, to my knowledge, nice about respecting a person's choice if they don't want it online anymore.

If someone wants to use another server's content they should first get permission from the creator of that content and then make sure its ok by getting permission from someone like Stefan. Really, this is more my opinion on how similar things should be handled so its up to everyone else as to what they do. I think my idea would work because it will reduce these kinds of complaints so long as the agreements are well documented to prevent either side from lying.

Zion make your own levels and we wouldnt have a problem here,and case would be solved.Osrs is just looking out for a server that Most of his time was dedicated to.I would do the same if i was in his shoes i would do the same also,And i bileve Tseng would aswell (No Need for Denial).So just remove the levels and make your own,you guys have wan so it should'nt be the slightest bit of a problem.

G_yoshi: Consider the fact that moving or copying a level or graphic from one server to another does not infringe upon the physical ownership/copyright of the graphic/level, as it is still within the realm of graalonline. However, it has been acknowledged that servers have, to a certain extent, control over the content of their server. That is, they control the content while they are the manager of the server, and it is essentially "theirs." While it can be argued that it's immoral to toss around work that other people made, if the controller of that graphic/level feels that it could be used by another server, then it's within the realm of legal behaviors. By controller of the graphic, I mean the manager (singular) of the server to which that graphic/level/whatever was submitted. In all fairness, the creator should be contacted, to see if he has any overt objections to the stuff being used like that, but there is no requirement that I know of which states that.

Don't get me wrong though - Personally, I think it's stupid to give away hard work to another server, unless you really have no use for it anymore. But, that's just me.
