Well i was wondering, would a movement system be scripted Serverside or Clientside?

Depends on the type. Most are purely clientside, but I'm planning on making one that is primarily serverside.

If you'd do it serverside you'd probably use onwall2()?

Again, depends on the desired end result and the chosen method.

onwall2 is only for version3.

no, it works serverside on v2 (but clientside, if thats what you meant)
