The body shading and stuff looks good. The head's ears look kinda funny ;p
Maybe make them a little bit longer, kinda looks like half circles on each side of his head. ;p It'll look better. 8/10
Do something with his hair, he looks like a dork ;p

Thanks for the comments I he is supposed to look kinda dorky hes the **** body I might change the head someone else told me the hair had no texture but its kinda like a buz or something supposed to be really short.I made 2 other one but I cant seem to get walking/running sprites to look right does anyone have any tips?

ooOoo the body looks great =D, reminds me alot of a Star Wars jedi, hm....

As for animating the easiest way is definetly to animate it without any shading. Just a basic black outline works great, you can edit things quickly and easily and see how it would make it look when its animated. Good luck.
