You'll probably be banned if you don't change it. If someone complains about a signature, that contains something about them in it, then you need to remove it. Because it's like you're saying that every single time you make a post, since it's in your sig.

Just because Kaimetsu is forum staff, doesn't automatically mean that he must be doing something corrupt, or making up rules as he goes along. It also doesn't mean that the rules don't apply to him or something. So in fact, you have to change your sig, or you can face being banned. Why argue over something so pointless? It's an insult to him, and he doesn't want you to have it in your sig. Are you really making any sort of enormous statement by having it there? Is it benefiting anyone? No. Is it aggravating someone? Yes.

I mean... if kai doesn't want that in your sig, then you should respect that, even if say it was ... w4nksta (yes i know he's gone) and he said "me no want that in your sigmagure31!" (no offence, he actually wasn't that bad once you knew him) then you should take it out, say i went around our school (lets pretend we go to the same school) and wrote all over the place that johny (our best friend) said "snake andy smells like rotten apples" and you said "man, c'mon I don't want these fine ladies thinking I smell like old apples" then I really should respect that, not go "VHHHAT!? NO I HATE YOU!" and then cut you up all the time... you're a cool guy, but you really need to consider that other people think, and feel passionatley about things, just the same way as you feel passionatley about your sig.

Even if the character looked exactly like you, it's not offensive in any way, as the image is just a picture of the guy standing there. You're trying to compare an image drawn of a graal character, that you say looks like you, to a QUOTE ABOUT KAIMETSU THAT HE DOES NOT LIKE. Nowhere in my sig does it say "OMG LOOK AT SNAKEANDY". rules are enforced for a reason, and understanding why they're created, and enforced makes all the better of a mod. kai is a good mod, tho sometimes he does like to put his "touch" on things

Someone walks around saying "Snakeandy is a *****." Would you be overjoyed to hear that? Kai didn't want it there. He's entitled to his opinion because you are quoting something relating to him. It is in no way yours, and therefore you have no say over it.

I could have complained, but I didn't - I think it's humorous. However, had I not thought it was funny, I would have complained first to Valder, and if he did not remove it out of kindness, then I would have appealed to a higher authority to request that he change it.

I see no problem with what Kaimetsu did. Just because he happens to be that higher authority does not mean that he can't ask in the first place like any other user could have. He exercised his user rights, rather than moderator rights, in this case.
