I wouldn't petition and push the idea, but I think I could become one and take care of the place a bit.

What do you mean? There's arguments all over this forum and none of them are being handled.

What kind of logic is that? It's best to delete/close them then to let them get out of hand.

I have mixed feelings. This gossip over playworlds is out of hand, and the Tyrial vs. Konidias is bad, because you can't shut Tyrial up over the sort. He attempted a point, failed, and should wait a while and lay, not continue with this ... sadness. BUT, it allows the community to view these and view and add ideas, opinions, etc.

Yes, but it's not helping any if those ideas, opinions, etc. are biased and negative and are adding to whats making this forum less and less enjoyable. Tyrial and Konidias can't be the people to blame, alot of people flame here, and it's not the main goal of human communication to argue about the smallest things every second of our lives.

True. It's past the boundaries, but my main point is that, conflict is VERY MUCH healthy and needed for a community; BUT it's spreading and leading us nowhere except to a backyard school brawl.

If you had a year and a half, I am sure you could atleast open up a couple of levels for people to play on. Servers shouldn't take almost 2 years just to be released, that is WAY too much time.

Conflicts can be allowed to a point. That being everyone is mature enough to pertain in them enough that they don't: Act like 4 year olds, they don't fight with the different party, and they don't complain and start flame wars. Not everyone is going to agree on one thing, whats going to prevent them to use their -acceptable- free expression?

Rushing them isn't going to help any. Let's take some of the well though out movies (like Jurassic Park, etc.) for example. They took 5 years to make, and look how they came out. And you have to remember only a select few people are working on these. If they wanted to make them as best as possible, to there full ability, they arn't going to rush it. Rome wasn't built in a day.

To a point. I stated that.
All this is EXACTLY the reason for a supermod or another mod. I'm sure Kai will see this soon, though. When it gets down to this gossip crap like Faldur > Andor, I know something is wrong.

Kaimetsu, I think, is an excellent mod. He just needs to come on more. Admins need to be active and up to date with what they are controlling.

Look at Unholy Nation. It did not take them 5 years to make it, and it has the most players.

Well, I was joking, but think of it, we don't understand how the Pyramids were built. Something special could've happened.

From the research that we've found, they were built using the ordinary labor that they had those days (which was pulling extremley heavy bricks and stacking them on top of each other). It might seem that this explanation is extremley unlikely for such a monstruosity of a creation, but then again, the pyramid was a perfect geometrical figure when it was finished (which isn't the case for today's weathering and deterioration of the structure). I'm sure if the pyramids were as perfect today as they were back then, they would almost seem alien-like.

And do you know why? Think. They have games, constant events, sparring, pking, a good playerbase (which attracts new people = more people that play the server = higher playercount), pets, everything that would want to make a player come back over and over again. We might think of UN as a poor excuse of a playerworld when it comes to skill and quality on how it was made, but it was still successfull, nontheless.

Why do you say that? Arguments help bring new ideas. They also help to bring up some relevant points.

No no no. I'm not talking about those type of arguments. I'm talking about the type that are tasteless, senseless, and have absolutely no meaning of existance whatsoever.

This wasn't a thread to elect a new mod, this was making a public point of the problem. Koni doesn't need to be admin again just because he's experienced and i don't want to argue about it. I don't care who, im just saying we need moderation. All we have right now is Kaimetsu who will act if you bring it to his attention (yes he does cover a lot of ground, but he posts in all those places too) but he can't actively read every new thread and police their progress.

Right, I say we need at least 2 more mods that can take care of these things. Just one person is simply too little to handle such an active forum as these.

At least one for the PW forum alone, if not two
The PWA used to do this, Spark could but he doesn't want to and im not really sure im good mod material - though Kaimetsu wouldn't make me a mod anyway.

At least 1-2 for PW forum, aparently NGR as well and i think Kamuii would be good for NGR/Main personally... but what do i matter

I don't think I would make good mod material, either. Though I wish I was. I'm sure alot more people here hate me more than they like me. I can be serious if I want to, but I do flex too much, and to some people's disliking, which would proabably be the case in this situation. There's alot of people that come to these forums, I'm sure we could pick some out.

Hmm, I'd say myself, were it not for two reasons:
1: Most people nominate themselves, so why should anyone think I would be any different?
2: I haven't made a big impact on the forums, be it a positive, or negative way. Therefore, no one knows who I am, correct?
